# クルエルティフリー（Cruelty-Free）

### クルエルティフリー（Cruelty-Free）とは

**動物実験を行わない**という意味で、化粧品業界で広く使われる概念です。

**ネイルコスメにおける意味**

ネイルポリッシュやネイルケア製品において、クルエルティフリーとは以下を指します：

* **製品本体**の動物実験なし
* **原材料・成分**の動物実験なし
* \*\*サプライヤー（原料メーカー）\*\*でも動物実験を行っていない

この3層すべてを満たして初めて、真のクルエルティフリーとされます。

**ヴィーガンとの違い**

よく混同されますが別概念です：

* **クルエルティフリー** → 動物実験をしない
* **ヴィーガン** → 動物由来成分を使わない（カルミン、ゼラチン、真珠粉など不使用）
