# 使い方について

### 使用方法は？

週に1回程度、使用します。必ず[キューティクルリムーバー](/docs/herome/cuticle-care/cuticle-remover.md)と一緒に使ってください。

1. ネイルエナメルを塗布していない爪に、キューティクルリムーバーを、全体に塗布します。指の根元第一関節あたりまで塗布してください。
2. 本品のゴム部分の平面を使い、やさしくクルクルとした動作で、液をまんべんなく広げます。
3. 次に本品のゴム部分の角を使い分け、爪の両溝を、爪の先端に向かって1～2回なぞります。
4. 爪周り、爪、爪の溝に液が広がったら、コットンで拭き取ります。その後、[４ウェイバッファー](/docs/herome/nail-care/4way-perfect-nail-buffer.md)やス[スーパーシャイン](/docs/herome/nail-care/super-shine.md)を使用するか、[ノリシングネイルオイル](/docs/herome/nail-care/nourising-nail-oil.md)を塗布してください。
5. ご使用後は、水洗いし、乾いた布で水気を拭き取ってください。

※    本品の尖った部分(ゴム部分と反対側)は、爪裏の汚れを取るなどに使用します。甘皮や爪周りには絶対に使用しないでください。

#### 尖った方はどう使いますか？

爪の裏側の汚れを取り除くために使用します。尖った部分は硬いため、甘皮や爪周りの皮膚には絶対に使用しないでください。 爪の表面や溝のケアには、反対側の柔らかいゴム部分を使用してください。

#### スティックは洗えますか？洗剤を使っても大丈夫？

はい、水洗いが可能です。 使用後は毎回水洗いしてください。汚れが気になる場合は、中性洗剤を使用して洗い流しても問題ありません。

#### 買い替えのタイミングは？

ゴム部分の「角」が丸くなってきたら買い替え時です。 角が丸くなると、細かい部分の汚れをかき出す力が弱まってしまいます。
