# 使い方について

### どのように使えばいいですか？ 

爪の付け根（甘皮部分）に塗って、円を描くようにやさしくマッサージしながらなじませてください。「塗るだけ」よりも「なじませる」ことで、成分が角質層までしっかり届きます。特に乾燥が気になる「サイドの溝」もしっかり塗り込むのがポイントです。

#### 使用するタイミングや頻度は？ 

毎日の継続使用をおすすめします。 特に乾燥が気になる時、水仕事の後、外出先でのケア、入浴後などにこまめにお使いください。コンパクトなチューブタイプなので、バッグに忍ばせておけば、いつでもどこでも指先をうるおいで満たせます。

#### ネイルオイルとキューティクルクリームのどちらも使ってもいいですか？ 

はい、もちろんです！むしろ併用が理想的な「プロのケア」です。 オイルで爪の奥まで栄養を届けたあと、クリームで蓋をすることで、保湿効果が格段にアップします。

#### どのくらいの期間使えますか？ 

1日2〜3回、全指に使用した場合で約2〜3か月ほどお使いいただけます。少量でも伸びが良いのが特徴です。
