# 使い方について

### 効果的な使い方は？ 

特に乾燥や割れが気になる部分に、直接塗り込むように馴染ませてください。硬くなった角質には、円を描くようにマッサージしながら塗布すると、成分がより浸透\*しやすくなります。（\*角質層まで）

#### 1日に何回、いつ使うのがおすすめですか？ 

特に**おやすみ前の集中ケア**がおすすめです。清潔な手にたっぷりと馴染ませてください。日中、特に乾燥や痛みが気になる部位にはポイント使いとしてこまめに塗布してください。夜に塗布してナイトグローブを着用すると、より一層効果を実感いただけます。」

#### 爪にもいいですか？ 

はい。爪周りが乾燥して硬くなり、ささくれや「爪周りのひび割れ」ができやすい方に非常におすすめです。甘皮周りまでしっかり塗り込むことで、指先全体のコンディションを整えます。

#### 足にも使えますか？ 

もちろんです。ひび割れが起きやすい「かかと」の集中ケアにも最適です。厚く硬くなったかかとの角質を柔らかくし、痛みを伴う割れを防ぎます。

#### ピーリング（[マイクロダーマブレイジョン AA](/docs/herome/handokakatokea/micro-dermabrasion-anti-aging.md)）と併用できますか？ 

はい。ただし、ひび割れが深く「痛みや傷」がある時は、ピーリングの使用はお控えください。肌が落ち着き、角質の硬さが気になるようになったらピーリングで整え、その後に本品を塗ることで、驚くほど柔らかな肌が復活します。
