# 使い方について

### 効果的な使い方は？ 

適量（パール大〜さくらんぼ大）を手の甲にとり、手肌全体に伸ばしてください。体温で温めながらじっくり馴染ませることで、保護ヴェールがより肌に密着し、持続力が高まります。

#### 1日に何回、いつ塗るのがおすすめですか？ 

持続力が高いため、朝の外出前や仕事の開始前に塗るのが最も効果的です。日中何度も塗り直す必要はありませんが、極度の乾燥を感じる場合は、必要に応じて追加してください。

#### ネイルオイルと、どちらを先に使うべきですか？ 

「ネイルオイルが先」です。オイルを爪の根元にしっかり浸透させた後、本品を重ねることで、オイルの栄養成分を上から強力に密閉（ラップ）し、ケア効果を高めます。

#### ベタつきはありますか？すぐになじみますか？ 

はい。高保湿タイプですが、馴染んだ後はヌルつきのないピタッと密着する質感に変わります。塗布後すぐに日常生活やデスクワークに戻ることができます。

#### 顔や全身に使えますか？ 

お顔以外の全身にご使用いただけます。特に肘（ひじ）や膝（ひざ）、踵（かかと）など、硬くなりやすく強力な保湿・保護が必要な部位にも非常におすすめです。

#### 1本でどれくらい持ちますか？ 

伸びが良く塗り直しの回数も少なくて済むため、毎日ハンドケアに使用した場合で、約2〜3ヶ月が目安です。
