# 使い方について

### 効果的な使い方は？ 

パール大〜さくらんぼ大を手に取り、手首から指先、必要に応じて腕まで優しく馴染ませてください。乾燥が気になる指先や関節には、重ね付けが効果的です。

#### 1日に何回、いつ塗るのがおすすめですか？ 

外出前や窓際での作業前など、「活動を始める前」に塗るのが最も効果的です。手洗いや消毒の後は潤いと保護膜が失われやすいため、その都度塗り直していただくことで、一日中健やかな手肌を保てます。

#### ネイルオイルと、どちらを先に使うべきですか？ 

「ネイルオイルが先」です。まずオイルで爪の根元に栄養を届け、その後にハンドクリームを重ねることで、オイルの成分を閉じ込めると同時に手肌全体を保護する理想的なヴェールが完成します。

#### ベタつきはありますか？すぐになじみますか？ 

はい、素早く馴染みます。高保湿でありながら表面はサラッと仕上がる（シリカ、ジメチコン配合）ため、塗布後すぐにパソコン操作、スマートフォンの使用、車の運転などが可能です。

#### 顔や全身に使えますか？ 

手首から先、および腕や足、デコルテなど全身にご使用いただけます。ただし、本品はハンドケア専用の処方となっておりますので、お顔へのご使用はお控えください。

#### 夜、手袋をした方がいいですか？ 

就寝前にたっぷり塗布し、ナイトグローブを着用していただくと、保湿成分がじっくり浸透し、翌朝ふっくらとした手肌を実感いただけます。

#### 1本でどれくらい持ちますか？ 

使用頻度によりますが、毎日3回程度、両手に使用した場合で、約2〜3ヶ月が目安です。
