# 使い方について

### 効果的な使い方は？ 

パール大（適量）を手の甲にとり、手肌から手首にかけて優しく馴染ませてください。敏感になっている部分は、こすらずに手のひらでプレスするようにして馴染ませるのがコツです。

#### 1日に何回、いつ塗るのがおすすめですか？ 

回数に制限はありませんが、**「手洗いや消毒の直後」**に塗るのが最も効果的です。また、就寝前にたっぷり塗布することで、寝ている間に集中ケアを行うことができます。

#### ネイルオイルと、どちらを先に使うべきですか？ 

ネイルオイルが先です。まずオイルで爪の根元に栄養を届け、その後にハンドクリームで包み込むことで、オイルの成分を閉じ込めると同時に手肌全体に潤いのバリアを形成できます。

#### ベタつきはありますか？すぐになじみますか？ 

はい、素早く馴染みます。シアバターなどを配合しながらも、表面はサラッとした質感に変わるため、塗布後すぐにスマホを操作したり、書類に触れたりしても不快感がありません。

#### 顔や全身に使えますか？ 

お顔以外の全身（腕、足、デコルテ、背中など）にご使用いただけます。低刺激なので、乾燥による痒みが出やすいボディの保湿ケアにもおすすめです。

#### 1本でどれくらい持ちますか？ 

使用頻度によりますが、毎日数回ハンドケアに使用した場合、約2〜3ヶ月が目安です。

#### 夜、手袋をした方がいいですか？ 

手荒れがひどい時や、より高い効果を求める場合は、就寝前にたっぷり塗布したあと、綿素材などのナイトグローブを着用することをおすすめします。密封効果で翌朝のしっとり感が格段に変わります。
