# 使い方について

### 効果的な使い方は？ 

就寝直前、清潔な手に適量をとり、手肌から手首にかけて優しくマッサージするように馴染ませてください。洗い流す必要はありません。特に乾燥が気になる時は、一度馴染ませた後に再度重ね塗りをする「ダブルパック」も効果的です。

#### 1日に何回、いつ使うのがおすすめですか？ 

**1日1回、お休み前**のご使用をおすすめします。夜間の肌が休息する時間に集中ケアを行うことで、翌日の乾燥に負けないベースを作ります。

#### ナイトグローブ（手袋）はした方がいいですか？

はい、併用をおすすめします。塗布後に手袋を着用することで、水分の蒸発を防ぐとともに、配合成分がよりじっくりと肌へ馴染みます。

#### 爪や足にも使えますか？

はい。爪の付け根（マトリクス）や甘皮周りに馴染ませると、指先の乾燥を防げます。また、お風呂上がりの清潔な足（特にかかとや足の甲）の水分補給にも最適です。

#### ピーリング（[マイクロダーマブレイジョン AA](/docs/herome/handokakatokea/micro-dermabrasion-anti-aging.md)）と併用できますか？ 

はい。週に1〜2回、ピーリングで古い角質を取り除いた後に使用すると、ジェルが驚くほどスムーズに馴染み、より高い透明感と柔らかさを実感いただけます。

#### 手荒れがひどい時に使ってもしみませんか？ 

本製品は浸透を高めるために変性アルコールが含まれています。**ひび割れ、あかぎれ、深い傷がある箇所に使用するとしみる場合がございます**。傷口が塞がり、お肌の状態が落ち着いてからのご使用をおすすめします。
