# 使い方について

### どのように使えばいいですか？ 

爪に薄く塗布し、そのまま乾かしてください。乾燥後、爪を噛むと苦味を感じます。苦味は口の中で約1分程度続くため、爪噛みの癖に気づき、意識を変えるきっかけになります。

#### 塗ってからどのくらいで乾きますか？ 

乾きが早い処方のため、短時間で乾燥します。ただし、安全性は乾燥後の状態で確認していますので、塗布後は必ず乾いたことを確認してからお使いください。特にお子様へのご使用の際は、保護者の方が乾燥を確認してください。

#### 仕上がりはどのような感じですか？ 

乾くと爪にピタッと密着し、軽いつけ心地です。適度なツヤのある仕上がりで、爪を美しく見せる効果があります。爪が美しく整っていると、それを台無しにしたくないという気持ちが生まれ、爪噛みへの抑止にもつながります。

#### 本当に爪噛みをやめられますか？ 

本品は爪噛み癖の克服を「サポート」するアイテムです。苦味を繰り返し体験することで、無意識の爪噛みに気づき、やめようという意識を呼び起こします。ただし、効果には個人差があり、継続的なご使用と本人の意思が大切です。

#### 爪がやわらかいのですが、それも爪噛みの原因になりますか？ 

はい、関係があります。爪がやわらかいとつい噛んでしまいやすくなります。本品に配合されたシリカが爪を硬く補強するため、爪噛み防止とともに、爪自体を丈夫にするアプローチができます。
