# 使い方について
### 使用方法は？
1. コットンにたっぷりと含ませます（目安は軽く絞ったおしぼり程度の濡れ具合）。
2. 爪の上にのせ、成分がマニキュアに馴染むまで約5秒間キープします。
3. マニキュアが浮いてきたら、爪の先端に向かって優しく拭き取ってください。
無理にこすらず、時間を置いて「浮かせて落とす」のがコツです。ラメ入りのポリッシュや厚塗りの場合は、少し長めに（10秒程度）置くとよりスムーズにオフできます。」

#### エナメルの「薄め液」としても使えますか？
はい。エローム（Herome）ブランドのマニキュアに限り、ドロドロになったネイルの薄め液としてもお使いいただけます。専用のソルベントを持ち歩く必要がないため、非常に便利です。

#### 毎日使ってもいいですか？
はい、ご使用いただけます。ただし、爪の健康を維持するためには、オフした後にエローム（Herome）ノリシングネイルオイルなどで指先を保湿する習慣をつけると、より効果的です。

#### 除光液で爪が傷んだ経験があるのですが、大丈夫でしょうか？
エローム（Herome）のリムーバーは、爪へのダメージの主因である「浸透」を防ぐ設計です。もし現在、爪の割れや二枚爪に悩まれている場合は、オフした後に「[ノリシングネイルオイル](/docs/herome/nail-care/nourising-nail-oil.md)」「ネイルハードナー」などで保護・補強を並行して行うことをおすすめします。

#### リムーバーが爪に良くないなら、剥がれるまで放置してもいいですか？
おすすめできません。剥がれかけたネイルを放置すると、自爪の層まで一緒に剥がれてしまう原因になります。週に一度は定期的にオフし、爪表面をクレンジングして清潔に保つことが、美しい爪を育てる第一歩です。

いいえ、本製品はポリッシュ（マニキュア）専用です。ジェルネイルのオフには対応しておりませんのでご注意ください。
