Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://helpcenter.tpandco.jp/docs/herome/nail-care/hydrating-nail-gel/directions-for-use.md). # 使い方について ### 具体的な使用方法は？ 付属のブラシで爪表面、爪の両溝（サイド）に塗布し、指先でクルクルと馴染ませてください。 *** #### 使用頻度やタイミングは？1日に何度もつけた方がいいですか？ 「1日1回を毎日続けること」が最も大切です。 ベストなタイミングは「朝の水仕事の前」や、乾燥を感じやすい「日中」です。何度も塗る必要はありませんが、乾燥がひどい時は1日2回（朝晩）ご使用ください。 *** #### オイルと併用する場合はどちらが先ですか？ 「ジェル（本品）が先」です。 まずジェルで爪に水分と成分をたっぷり浸透させ、その後にネイルオイルを重ねることで、潤いを閉じ込めてリッチな保湿が完了します。 *** #### ネイルカラーやジェルネイルをしていても使えますか？ はい、ご使用いただけます。 1. 各指の爪の裏側にちょうどすりきりいっぱい液がたまるくらいの量を塗布します。 2. 爪の両溝にもしっかりとなじませ、さらに爪の断面、爪の周りに塗布します。ベタつかず、さらっとなじむまで、なじませをくりかえします。 *** #### ベタつきはありますか？ つけてすぐ作業できますか？ 全くありません。塗布した瞬間にサラッと馴染むため、パソコン作業やスマホ操作の直前でもストレスなくお使いいただけます。肌についても問題ありませんので、指先の乾燥ケアにもご活用ください。 *** #### つけてすぐ手を洗ってもいいですか？ 指先でしっかり馴染ませた後であれば、成分はすでに浸透していますので問題ありません。ただし、より効果を実感いただくためには、手洗い後の清潔な乾いた爪に塗布することをおすすめします。 *** #### 1本でどれくらい持ちますか？ 1日1回、両手の爪に使用して、約3〜4ヶ月お使いいただける目安です。 *** #### たくさんつけてしまった時はどうしたら良いですか？ 肌につけてもいいですか？ はい、ご使用いただけます。指の側面など乾燥しやすい部分にもおすすめです。 *** #### 最後まで使いにくいのですが、最後まで使い切る方法はありますか？ 容器を斜めにしながら、ブラシに付けてください。 --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
