# 使い方について

### 使用方法は？

1. 毎日、1本の爪に1滴ずつ塗布します。
2. 爪の根元（甘皮部分）を中心に、指先全体へ優しくマッサージしながらなじませてください。
3. 水溶性でさらっとしているため、数十秒で浸透します。

#### エローム（Herome）ネイルハードナーやカラーと併用できますか？ 

はい、可能です。ただし、本品は自爪に「浸透」させる必要があるため、必ず何も塗っていない清潔な自爪の状態で最初に使用してください。 セラムが完全に馴染んだ後であれば、上からハードナーやカラーを塗布しても効果を妨げません。

#### どのタイミングで使用するのがベストですか？ 

毎晩、就寝前の使用をおすすめします。寝ている間に成分がじっくりと留まり、効率よく爪をサポートします。

#### 毎日使わないといけませんか？ 

理想の結果を得るためには、毎日の継続使用が最も効果的です。爪の生え変わり（ターンオーバー）には時間がかかるため、まずは2週間から1ヶ月ほど、根気よく続けてみてください。

#### 1本でどのくらい使えますか？ 

1日1回、10本の指に使用して、約1.5〜2ヶ月ほどお使いいただけます。

スポイト式なので、最後まで清潔に使い切ることができます。

#### 爪の裏側（ハイポニキウム）にも使えますか？ 

はい。爪の根元だけでなく、爪の裏側の付け根部分にも馴染ませることで、指先全体のコンディションを整え、健康的な爪の成長を助けます。
