# 使い方について

### **使用方法は？**

1. 水でぬれた状態の肌に使用します（バスルームでの使用がおすすめです）。
2. 手にサクランボ大をとり、肌の上でスクラブを転がすように、円を描きながら広げます。
3. 1〜3分程度おいてから、水で洗い流してください。 ※スクラブで肌を強くこすらず、粒子を転がすように動かすのがコツです。

### **使用頻度はどれくらいですか？**

使い始めの2〜3週間は、毎日継続して使用することをおすすめします（肌のターンオーバーに合わせて継続することでより効果を実感いただけます）。手肌が柔らかくなった後は、週に1〜2回のスペシャルケアとして継続してください。

#### 顔や全身に使えますか？ 

お顔以外の全身にご使用いただけます。肘、膝、背中など、ザラつきが気になる部分のケアに最適です。

#### お風呂で使っても効果は変わりませんか？ 

むしろお風呂での使用がおすすめです。湿気と温度で角質が柔らかくなっているため、より効率的に汚れを落とし、保湿成分を届けることができます。

#### 足の裏やかかともツルツルになりますか？ 

はい。非常に効果的です。 ピーリングで角質を整えた後、保湿力の高い「ユニーク Lフォーミュラ」を併用すると、さらに滑らかで柔らかい「理想のかかと」に仕上がります。

#### スクラブが目に入ってしまったのですが。 

こすらずに、すぐに水またはぬるま湯で十分に洗い流してください。目に異物感が残る場合は、眼科医にご相談ください。
