Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://helpcenter.tpandco.jp/docs/koh/handokakatokea/unique-l-formula/directions-for-use.md). # 使い方について ### 使用方法は？ 1. ご使用前に手を清潔にしてください。 2. 付属のスパチュラの平らな面を使って、クリームを擦り切るようにして、ごく少量スパチュラの上にとります。 3. 本品は１日１回使用します。肌にうすく均一に塗布し、さらっとするまでしっかりとなじませます。クリームを十分なじませてもざらつきが気になるときは、クリームを足して、再度塗布します。一度の多量よりも、層に重ねて量を調節します。 ※ナイトクリームですが、日中もご使用いただいても、問題はありません。 *** #### 1日に何回、いつ塗るのがベストですか？ お風呂上がりや、お休み前の就寝前の使用が最も効果的です。寝ている間に有用成分がじっくり浸透します。特に乾燥が気になる箇所には、重ね塗りをする「レイヤーケア」を取り入れるのがおすすめです。 *** #### 1回の使用量はどれくらいですか？ 非常に伸びが良いクリームですので、まずは少量ずつ手に取り、丁寧に伸ばしてください。少量でも十分に潤いを実感いただけます。 *** #### 1本でどれくらい持ちますか？（使用期間の目安） ご使用頻度により異なりますが、目安は以下の通りです。 * 200mL（大容量ボトル）： ハンドケアのみで約6ヶ月〜1年 / 全身使用で約3〜6ヶ月 * 15mL（モバイルサイズ）： お試しや持ち歩き用として、約2週間〜1ヶ月 *** #### かかとのケアにも使えますか？ ぜひお使いください。肌を柔らかく整える効果が非常に高いため、ガサガサなかかとのケアにも最適です。**「削らずに、良質な潤いで整える」**のが、KOHが提案する大人の角質ケアです。 *** #### 「エッセンシャル ネイルセラム」と併用する場合の順番は？ 先に「エッセンシャル ネイルセラム」で爪に栄養を補給し、その後に「ユニーク Lフォーミュラ」を重ねて手肌全体を保護・保湿する順番がおすすめです。 *** #### 塗り始めて数日ですが、まだかかとがガサガサしています。 肌のコンディションが整うまで、まずは毎日、就寝前の塗布を継続してみてください。特に乾燥がひどい場合は、別売りの「ピュリファイングハンドピーリング」を週に1〜2回併用し、古い汚れを落としてから本品を塗ることで、より効率的に潤いを届けることができます。 --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
