# KOH「爪のスキンケア」3ステップ保湿ケアのクイックガイド

KOH（コウ）のネイルケア「爪のスキンケア」を簡単３ステップで始めましょう。

### 「爪のスキンケア」3ステップを使う順番と頻度

### 除光液で爪を拭く（爪のクレンジング）

ゴシゴシ拭かなくてよい。さっと拭き取り、爪の上に多少残っても気にしないこと。このネイルケアを続けるうちに、乾燥が和らぎ、表面がゴワつかなくなるので、一拭きでツルッと取れるようになる。

コットンに、500円玉くらいの大きさをしみこませます。\
ヒタヒタにならないように、**軽く絞ったおしぼり程度**にします。

爪の上に、**5秒ほど湿布**し、マニキュアを緩ませます。緩んだから、爪先に向かって、拭き取ります。

### 爪にうるおい＆栄養を塗ろう

爪が割れる、二枚爪、爪の縦線など、あらゆる爪のトラブルは「爪の乾燥」が原因。だから、このエッセンシャルネイルセラムが、すべてのアイテムの中で最も重要で、かつ効果的。

キャップ（蓋）上のボタンを押すと、付属のスポイトに液が入ります。スポイトで、爪の上（←ここ重要！「甘皮の上」ではない。）に、**米粒１つ分くらい**をのせ、爪によくなじませてください。

**このなじませが、大切**です。次に塗布するエナメル（マニキュア）をはじかないように、**しっかりと爪に入れ込むように**塗布します。

### 爪にラップをしよう

エナメル（マニキュア）は、爪のうるおいをラップするという目的で、ケアとしても、とても重要なアイテム。\
爪がきれいにみえて、爪のうるおいも守ってくれたら、最高じゃないですか？

付属の筆に液をなじませます。

爪の上に均一に伸ばし、塗布します。**液を適宜、つけ足しながら塗ってください**。塗布後、2\~5分程度待ち、乾かします。
