セラムだけでも改善に向かいますが、可能であれば「保護」を組み合わせてください。&#x20;

セラムは爪に栄養を与える「食事」ですが、ホワイトナーはそれを逃さないための「バリア」です。お仕事で塗れない場合は、セラムを1日2回（朝・晩）より丁寧に馴染ませてください。また、お休みの日だけでもホワイトナーを塗ることで、爪の強度が格段に安定します。
